If you wish for your items to be shipped, please click here to fill out a contact form prior to placing your order.  Include your location and desired items/quantities and we will calculate a shipping quote.  We can then add the shipping amount as a separate shop item which you can place in your cart upon checking out, making for one easy payment and minimal back and forth.
